I'm not denying, i'm taking into consideration.And I REALLY don't know how to polish metals..I'm going try the acetone thingy now..

It takes patience and a bit of work, but it's not very complicated to polish things to a mirror finish. Start with a low enough grit to get off whatever you need off, and then step up gradually to higher grits. Once you get to a really high grit then go to a polishing compound.
If the part is round then it may be worth it to try to rig it up to a drill or something so you can rotate it automatically and help speed up the sanding process.

I had to polish the inside of a hydraulic piston, it wasn't that hard just takes time.
