Depends, how much pressure is in the tank?

I have a ten gallon tank that goes up to 125 psi, but they are all different. The only bad thing about the ten gallon tank is that it takes forever to fill it up with my one gallon compressor :(

Some quick calculations are telling me that if the compressor was at 200 psi, you could get about 170 shots before you couldn't charge the chamber to the full 50. I could be wrong though, don't take my word for the gospel truth.

EDIT: Some more in-depth calculations are giving me the same answer, so with a 10-gallon tank at 200 psi, you can expect about 170 shots from your chamber pressurized to 50 psi.

Well 12 gallons you can obviously expect a few more shots, I'd guess around 200 instead of 170, BUT, that's an unfounded guess. Either way, not bad.

I'm not sure, I've only let it get down to about seventy psi, but I get about 20 shots (just a guess).
