I sympathise BtB, both my knees are stuffed, one I was born with, and the other because I thought bouncing on my kneecap on a stone floor was a good idea. Now there's this interesting grating sound being emitted from it.

Everyone I've known who's had a hip replacement had no troubles with them. But that's down here, I don't know anything from the US.

Edit: Ten months! I remember talking to Labtech in the chat where he proposed starting this thread.

My wife had a knee replacement last Jan. The surgery took 45 minutes and she remained awake (just stoned) during the surgery. She was walking quite well soon after and driving again in 3 weeks.

Sometimes i regret having been a bouncer.

On my right knee the cap was kicked out of position and ended up on the side of my leg in a barfight.
The other knee cushened the fall of a 100 kg guy at another barfight and hyperextended towards the rear...about 10cm.
Just kept working that night....kept a straight face even..

Then later I tore a piece off my meniscus playing volleyball.When I walk..and itls quiet enough to hear it, it sounds like I'm walking in snow.

Also popped my shoulder out during training cause my spotter was literally looking at a girls behind while he was supposed to watch me.

Later this shoulder gave me a nice crunchy sound doing about 200kg benchpresses..CRACKKKKKKKKK...so I called it a day that time.

Those joints really are forked.

Wow brian, I think you need to take it easy on yourself for a few years.
Otherwise it's going to be really embarrassing when you have to get the missis to pump up your new sawn-off lever-action for you.

I think all of you need to stay off of your knees, lol!!! hehehe j/k

Wow, that's really extreme.

My uncle is the third person in my family to have successful joint replacements, resulting in much much less pain then before. Just to highlight how much pain he was experiencing, he got regular injections of pain medication. Injections were the way they'd dispense it.

i haven't had anything replaced, yet but have had a spinal fustion from t1-t10, first rib on my right removed and a shoulder recon. not bad now but im sure by the time im 40 ill feel it.


edit: all that because i fell of my dirt bike.

I don't mind letting her do the pumping as long as I can shoot whenever I want to.

Whats better? Popoff full auto qev or slide check semi-auto i cant decide, i cant find any bsp popoffs but i can find lots of slide checks!

Most crappy brand compressors I've seen have pop-off valves with 1/4BSP threading.

But then again...I'm in Europe...

anybody have an idea on how to make good wheel weights for a tractor???

i have heard of filling them with water, but rims are made of steel, water rusts steel, same with calicum,

i am thinking of using brake drums, and just drill holes in the brake drums and just using holes of the wheel weight i have now ,

and maybe let some air out of the tires!

hopefully someone can help here

maybe filling the brake drums with concrete
