Back when I had problems with leg cramps in the middle of the night I would carry around a thermos full of Gatorade everywhere I went. School, home, work, everywhere.
When I was in the 8th grade it was considered cool to carry around a 2-liter of soda to drink. I never did, because I didn't have a cent in the 8th grade...
