Someone could check death/autopsy information and compare (deaths of natural causes) to age and hieght.
or bad idea read the obituaries and call the peoples' relatives and ask them "Ah how tall was he/she?"(jk)

It's complicated, like why are they tall, was it better than average nutrition, or is it genes, unbalanced hormones, selective vitamin deficiency/excess etc.

Some have said women live longer than men because they are 8% shorter therefore consume less calories. Another point: if calories determine aging rate, then you have to ask the question is it calories or is it calories/pound body mass.
Enough with the 5 minutes of google research.
