Playing with some bits I had, 1/8" QEV, trigger valve and 1/2" NPT coupler capped one end and 1/8" male thread welded to it to connect to QEV. 1/2" coupler is to screw in chamber.

I have a piece of 6.5mm ID tubing and some 1/4" steel BBs.

It will just be single shot and muzzle loading

Thats really painful...mine would be more enjoyable to watch in all honesty...if the top half of my mag was exposed.
10 shots is great, but with my test pistol i have 16rds with 6mm in true semi-auto fashion.

Managed to Tig weld a piece of 1/8" thread to the barrel without destroying it

It's somewhat straight but I won't be using it in the Olympics so I think it will work.
