That's some crazy alien technology there!
I saw a video with those a while back and they picked up blocks and built a huge structure out of them... and there was a whole bunch of them working on it at the same time.

you don't really need much of a turret on a platform like this.. it can rotate so all you need is a mechanism for adjusting elevation of the gun
for traverse (or whatever you call it) you rotate the whole quadrocopter

you don't even need to adjust elevation separately, four rotors means you can adust attitude too.
I reckon you could make a HPA BBMG weight around 1.5kg (Carbon fibre tank, barrel etc.), make that 2kg with camera etc. - that's a bit more than something like this can carry:

or what the hell, these things are modular anyway - join four of them together!

not *that* expensive... hmmm...
you should focus on perfecting the autonomous turret... as these things (quadrocopters) become more and more popular there will be demand for things that can shoot them down
