"Ill paint em up and tryyyyyy to do a design"

Easy stencil technic --

Paint a base coat, let dry. Then get wide masking tape, tape over where you want your design, then use a razor blade and cut out the design you want, peel the tape away, paint it the color you want design to be, let dry, SLOWLY peel off remaining tape, your done!

mannequins or those styrofoam heads. we could paint em to look real.

WTF? You dont want to shoot a cardboard cut out with blood packs coz your worried the media will blow it out of proportion, but will shoot a mannequin head filled with organs?
