Hi,

Total newb here. Working on my first spudgun. I'm using almost the same design as TheTrooper, using almost the same components and having the same problem. In fact, the ball valve i got requires 2 people to go open it, not to mention anything about opening speed.

Would have gotten a sprinkler valve if i could, but sprinkler valves are practically nonexistent in my country (Singapore) so I'm stuck with this problem. Many other things here require licenses.

Can anyone here help me out and tell me how to make a ball valve spring loaded or make a pneumatic ram for it? (tried searching, no luck so far) Or would you guys recommend butterfly valves, since they're about the only other thing that is feasible in my area?

Thanks
