I use to have a paintball reg that I got from ebay for around $40, of course it was a piece of crap. I couldnt change the pressure it stayed at a constant (well almost constant) 120psi

That's because it was a paintball reg, they don't need to be variable, the gun uses the same pressure all the time, so why would it need to change?

Here's a <a href="http://www.aircompressorsdirect.com/cat ... 4">link</a> to a potential candidate.

And I just saw jacks "I could be using the money for drugs" argument. That one does work sometimes. Convinced my parents that I could do worse things than build a 16 foot trebuchet.

EDIT: Here's a <a href="http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=p ... e">link</a> to a CO2 reg that someone on here talked about usign.

paaiyan- Wrong in the fact about paintball guns using different pressure. Most have a reg (usually the fore grip too) to adjust the input pressure from a tank. Guns run from 0-300psi for THAT reg. Tanks also have a reg for low pressure (400psi) and high pressure (800psi). That affects how you tune your gun a lot. There is also a LPR (low pressure regulator) inside the gun (true for most high end guns) that manages air efficeny with the bolt, and it too can be increased and decreased. But when you adjust the main regulator, you are adjusting you FPS. A smartparts shocker will run at about 250psi I think at 300fps.
Back to a tank regulator though...On a WDP Angel 1, if you use a high pressure tank (they are all high pressure, I mean high pressure reg) you will have the velocity screw about all the way in just to get to 300fps (resulting in a dangerous range of 300-400psi which is bad for the gun). If you use a low pressure tank, the screw will be out over half way (allowing 250-320fps).
I just wanted to clearify that up.

Maybe I'm thinking of something different. I confuse things sometimes. Like shirts and pants, but who doesn't mix those up sometimes right?
