Isn't modularity great.Quite an asset when traveling for games.we could probably pick up any old piece of PVC and use that as a new barrel or clip.
Well, if it were me(I'm not an airsoft player),I'd look into the shotgun concept.I had some good results using a fired 20 gauge shotshell with a hole drilled in the back(where the primer was),new wading put in and filled with 20-30 BB's.Rather than crimping it shut I cut the top flush and glued a piece of receipt paper on top to hold the BB's in. Voila' you've got a pneumatic airsoft shotshell. Use a piece of 3/4" CPVC for barrel and you are good to go.by the way i fell in love with your last 2'' break action and have offically decided to try and make some thing like it on a smaller scale. possibly with shell ejection and multiple types of reloadable shells. Twisted Evil at the moment im thinking 3/4 inch barrel and sprinkler valve powered by co2. any tips?
So far as valving I'd go real basic. Hammer valves are good(ripped from a paintball gun) or any pressure washer valve would work. For small bore stuff a sprinkler valve is over kill. For compactness sake I'd use high pressure.
