I feel by receiving that pm, he considers me "pliable" and would try to use my "ignorance" to build a rival to spudfiles. Nothing against the judge, I just never was a fan of his attitude. But thats just me...

Reading all of this, should I be happy that I did not receive a PM from him, or should I be insulted ?

Pity he spammed everyone and tried to set up a similar sight, he seemed knowledgable about a variety of things and built pretty good cannons.

Ahhh well, glad he never PM'd me, and now that I think about it I probably wouldn't have taken up an offer to be a mod anyways. That would just be too much work for me.

For those who joined because they were offered to be mod, like I said before, I don't blame you.

I don't mind anyone being members of a competiter site, but I do mind when it has been done in this fashion. You guys aren't to blame, don't worry. We wont judge anyone for it

As PCGUY said, Nova left on his own accord. He may not even want to come back.
