I am quite profficient at using Video Editing software.... so i should be able to make something quite informative and SWEET if people give me the ideas.....

I also have some cool damage shots...... i just havent posted them.

EDIT: i think the testimonials thing would be kind of cool. ill start looking at good commercials and get some ideas. what we need first is a CONCISE answer to this question:

Well I guess that could work but it needs to be quality stuff. I encourage the idea because it will make twice as many hits per week for spudfiles but I don't like the idea in the sense that if the video is not good, it will look like more youtube clutter possibly portraying the same about the site.

I don't think it should be longer then 3 or 4 minutes. Otherwise it puts off Youtube users. We just need to get the point across and a few quick montages and some other stuff will do the trick.

when do you think this vid starts to be made?

i really wants to have a video clip in it when shooting a car with the hybrid and some heavy buck shot.

I'm gonna make the video as soon as gat enough to work with. We're still woefully short on vids, self interviews about the site, testimonials etc.

I would say that we also have a few short clips of people saying their perspective of spudding.

This advertising technique is used alot when trying to persuade the viewer to buy something or invest in a company. This technique is commonly seen on TV.

So maybe if people who are willing to contribute a short, sweet, and to the point video on their thoughts on spudding, it would greatly help our advertising via internet.

Yes I need at least four of those type of clips. It would be nice if senior members could so it too.

Even though you dont have the best English, i still think that you should talk so people can see that its not just in America that people make and use spudguns.

So when making this video as well, mention where you are from (country should be enough).

I agree with Carlman, there wont be any affect if you cant speak the words, its better if you could talk. Dont worry, im sure we can still understand you.

This is true. An accent can only promote the site more. These self interviews, I need like 4 or 5 of them. I'm going to do one because I'm not confident that members will jump all at once. However, members should realize that this will be the official promotional to the site. This means anyone who is mentioned or shown in the vid will go down in spudfiles history. All one needs to do is answer the questions above on video or give me cannon videos. Once again send them to rcman50166@yahoo.com once you've made them.

BTW. Only one person will get their interview of the cannon on the video. The best video gets it. So if anyone want to go for glory that is what you should submit. The cannon explained also has a lot to do with the decision.

also the next time a member makes a gun vid he/she could add spudfiles.com somewhere in it. maybe spray paint it on the side of your house real big, that would be great. or just use a small sign or movie maker.
