Jordzan I know your new but you should think about reading the rules here.. one of them is not to kick up dead or old topics....some people around here get really pissy if you do...
That type of bottle is a fire extinguisher you drink co2 out of it ... just joking with ya 
and he uses the valve like thing from the fire extinguisher to release the air...

If I had to guess, I'd say it was powder, but don't hold me to that.
