New to this, where to start?

Well mum will get me a lighter.... and i have my pill bottle and pen tube.... i have some drawing pins i will use to stick into the pill bottle. So.... do i just whack the lighter fluid into the pill bottle and put the cap back on and secure with sticky tape? How much should i put in? I don't want to blow my fingers off.

Highly unlikely, the only consequence of putting too much fuel is that it won't work at all.

Don't use lighter fluid, use lighter gas. Either use the syringe metering method I described earlier, or "spray and pray" into the bottle.

This is where if i had smoked when i was 13 i would be better off, lighters have gas???

for the little pill bottle cannon, remove the cap, spritz a bit of hair spray, deoderant or static guard, give a little blow, not much, then replace the cap, then click away.

in the USA on ebay, a good sprinkler valve can be had for a bit over $10.
