sorry for disturbing ur peace with my vagueness

.
fiber and resin wrap- u take fibers and wet it with resin and wrap it around the styrofoam form. the same thing being discussed on this topic.
also i meant carbon fiber and when i say money i meant enough money to get the job done.
and sorry i cant give u exact prices and brands. i live in texas and i'm pretty sure u live nowhere close to me.
one more thing. the paper idea is super ghetto but very very affective. ive even made airsoft barrels with that method. it's super tough.

Look, i am trying to end up with a gun similar to the the one in this picture

. just with a very long barrel and a smaller caliber... But that would be the idea i am aiming at in terms of the stock.

Ok thank you for that remark though i am not sure what " bejeezus " is. I will choose what i use as a filling then, maybe using solid fiber glass resin or i will fill it with patato plastic, jsut for the extra weight and strength. Thank you and i will order the materials as soon as possible(so if any one has a very good source for me i am more than happy to know about it)

[quote="john bunsenburner"] jsut for the extra weight quote]
If you make the stock from solid resin, there will be PLENTY of weight all right.
You can use urethane foam with polyester and vinylester resins (these are types of "fibreglass resins").
You will find urethane foam at the flower shop. They use it for flower arrangements.
