Yeah, many of those pill containers are polyethelene/urethane... and epoxy doesn't adhere to those materials. I would assume that hot glue is a bit weak for this application. I don't have any sugestions

superglue does work, i've used it . only thing is, you have to lightly sand the pen and pill bottal to make sure it adhears.

I tride to make one today but I couldn't get it to combuste. Any ideas.

1 shot of binacca(not in aerosal can) worked very good for me...ignited on the first click
also make sure your spark is consistant (mine iss 100%)

i really recommend not packing anything in it too tightly because i stuffed a little piece of kleenex into the barrel and when i fired it the back cap blew off..it about blew out my ear drums i could hear a loud ring for like 10 mins

What would you recommend to join the pen to the pill bottle?

Rough surfaces make the the gule sitck better and dont run off and stick your hands toghther then you be shit out of luck

Hah, spudlightyear speaks the truth. If you don't want to be a noob, look around for info, design your own guns, be creative. The only way to learn what does and doesn't work just takes time, patience, creativity, and money (most of which is in limited supplies, damn 3 dollar/week allowance ).

i used electrical tape to hold the pen tube in...it works perfectly, no leaks at all. i just made the the hole for the pen tube tight so that forcing it in would make a better hold and seal

the only thing u gotta worry about is the cap

OMG I just got a great idea for a fuel You know those Nasacort nasal spray bottels After one is empty, fill it with rubbing alcohol. One squirt works great. My dad gets me 99.9% pure alcohol but I'm sure regular 70% will work too. Trust me I use it on mine all the time and with one squirt ir fires every time and usally after 5 or 6 shots it has like a fart shot that I can do without refueling.

i should make one,my current(and only) cannon is about 25" long with a 1" bore,but its still too loud to use around the house.....a pocket cannon....i like that blow ur bum cheek off hehe

Ok I've made this little pill bottle cannon and I have a huge problem
I've done everything right exept i can't light the spay because when i spray it inside the pill bottle it just grabs to the walls and becomes liquid. What do I have to do to make it work?

spray evry little spray, and try not to use hairspray

Thx It's working now, and i did something else wrong i took a too small bottle it wasn't a pill bottle but a film container so it really didn't have enough space.
