Mine will port to 1/2" threads and your pipe nipple has the same flow as my 1/2" one so we are matched on there, my pistons pilot vol will be about 2cm cubed and the pilot will be a 1/4" QEV, which in turn is piloted by a blowgun on the end of about 30cm of air line.

Anyway, yea when i have funds i will do a bit more and repeat till it is done lol

If you pay shipping i can send you one that would be suitible for a bb caliber gun or a pilot. Its a SQEv (super quick exhaust valve) made by Humphrey of USA. Its a shuttle (cup) piston qev 3mm chamber and pilot ports and 3/8" barrel port.

If you dont feel safe taking it above its pressure rating, dont.
You dont need to listen to anyone. But the blowgun can take more pressure than 200psi

Order one from the UK instead, total cost including shipping from a site like technobots is resonable.

Try looking up Metalwork Pneumatic, I once got a very cheap quote for some QEVs in France.

That Clever 7000 pump can go at least up to 395psi if you change the tube and the pressure gauge, thats as high as I've been anyway.
