Not to nitpick, but you are only breaking about every single rule in the NAR guidelines for model rocket launches...
The thin line that model rockets walk, staying differentiated from rocket rockets kinda disappears when you fire them at a target, with no means of recovery, without a countdown, far more than 30deg from vertical, etc. etc. etc.
All I am saying is that if anything bad were to happen, you could end up in trouble along the lines of what DIY ended up in, and ruin the future for most of the model rocket community. Its not likely, but neighbors really don't like the concept of "missiles raining down on them from aerial drones" as the media would be sure to put it.
