Ok I was planning on filling the cap with epoxy or using a threaded plug, also I'll use the single layer then slide a piece of 4 inch pipe over it and epoxy it in place, this isn't needed but if some how it does fail I should provide a small degree of protection, and will
make it look cleaner,one goal with this is to make it look as much like a spray and pray as possible.
