4/16id
1/4"
So the barrel is probably 9/32 OD, leaving a 1/64" gap on each side
Something sounds wrong

2/8OD
1/4"
That still leaves you with less than 1/32" on each side

I will make it work. How can I make a piston easily? The hot glue is strong but it's hard to make.

How should I epoxy the barrel??

There isn't a whole lot of space between barrel and chamber, so for good performance you will need to take it to high pressures, 400 psi plus. I hope you can budget for a shock pump
Make sure you file and sand the end of the barrel where the piston seals to a fine finish and as close to a 90ยบ angle to the length of the barrel as you can, otherwise the piston won't seal.
In order to keep the barrel centred when you glue it, this is a good technique:
Find a drill bit that is the same diameter as your barrel ID, and wrap the flat part of it with masking tape until the tape diameter is as thick as your chamber ID. Use this as a jig to keep the barrel centred as in the diagram until the epoxy cures.

Ya I did that exactly as shown and I let it cure for eight hours I just need to fire it now.

Well im using an air compressor and it doesnt work well and idk how to up the pressure but well I fill my gun than try to fire it their is uncompressed air coming out the valve like i blew it with my mouth instead. Might try to find a bike pump btw I realy dont know how much pressure is going in as their is no psi meter on my compressor

Being so small in terms of chamber size and calibre, these designs really need high pressure to have any significant power.

Not so expensive, I'm sure you will find something similar at your local hardware store for a better piston.
How about this, ready cut

Okay I just tested for any leaks in my gun and their is none!!!! My industrial air compressor can change powers. No air is going in my gun do to the low power setting. I'll get my dad to fix that. After my dad fixes the air compressor I will try to find more leaks underwater than grease the piston and fire it hopefully.
