i used a niquil bottle and the cap is pretty strong. it puts airsoft bbs about 50 ft

the ones I make use the butane packs out of those bbq lighters they have cleal tubes on them with a rubber stop on the end that I tape into a hole in the bottle I hold the button down for ten second and it fires every time.

hello everyone, my first post YAY yeah i think your lid pops off because the energy of the explosion cant fit into the small barrel so it builds up on the lid. correct me if i'm wrong it was just a thought

i have one it is cool but when u put axe in the back dont leave the cap of when u spark it (i learnd it the hard way)

i used a motrin bottle and the cap only came off once cuz the 2 arrows were lined up and i didnt kno but that was the only time...the thing that happened to me is i stuffed a piece of paper in there too tight and the pen that was glued on there with jb weld flew off. there loads of fun tho

the only reason the the bottle explods is because of the fuel,with a spray can its impossible to get a small enough mix. if u bought a long nosed lighter just use the butane container on it. ill post two of many I 've made soon and u can look at them. this is as far I as I can tell the best way.

i cant buy a barbeque sparker or lantern sparker any ideas to safly fire one of these cause it looks cool and i'd really like to make one because i have a great bottle and did u say not to use a pen because its too small?

PLEASE dont ask the same question in more then one forum. You should be able to make a camera falsh ignitor out of a diposable camera (you the search bar to find out how to make one). You can use a pen tube but if you have a big chamber it would be suggested to go with a bigger barrel.
