I have now got a longer barrel on my shotgun, it is coaxial and now it is super tough. Like the ak47 of spudgunning.

The most I have put in a 15 mm copper pipe is 22 bar.
I wouldn't recommend going that far with 28 mm.Larger surface area.
Up to 20 bar it should be "safe", for as far as you can call it that.
he way you've put your gun together I'd say it could handle 25 bar, the rating of galvanised.
The small exposed copper and brass parts should hold.Just be sure those compression fittings are really UBER-tight!

Thanks Brian. I will tighten all the fittings and compression fittings when I disassemble the shotgun. Not permenantly but so I can grease up the piston, add a proper 'barrel liner upper' and take all the teflon tape off most of the fittings. This is because I am going to silver solder the cannon together. I also have to fix the fill valve and finish my spring loaded ball valve.
I wouldn't call the chamber huge, it just looks bigger than it is. It is 1 1/2 inches.
Can I get some help with the gas gun design tool, I don't really know what some of the things are. I would like to see if the preformance is as good as I can get it.

i know it wasnt bigger tehn 1 1/2" but its big compared to the barrel and it looks sweet.
what help do you need with GGDT, i know most of it now.

If I take all the measurements and volume will you see the preformance?
I don't know how fast the valve is and I don't have the ggdt on my pc.

I made some more videos. Just shooting throwing spikes again. Yes, the camera is taped to the cannon.
In this one I shot four throwing spikes at a coke bottle filled with colored water. At around 40-50 Psi, there are no gauges.
In this one I shot one throwing spike though the lid and out the other side.
I will get more exiting videos.
