I have verizon and I cant get it, can the only the ppl in Australia get it?

I'm 31, and I can hear it clearly, but then I've always been sensitive to high-pitched sounds. I can't even go into the CRT section of any electronics store.

My hearing sucks. I'm 26. Hey kids, when you go to concerts, bring some earplugs. Seriously. Damaging your hearing really blows.

Ive got it, I use to to annoy people on trains, mine is a constant one that goes for about 15 seconds.
