No, posting that much is not bad as long as you're being helpful/contributing to the forum, which for the most part, you seem to be doing.
Most of your posts are one-liners, though, which isn't necessarily bad but it makes it seem like you're trying to rack up posts. Making your posts a tad bit longer would probably keep the forum patrons from getting annoyed with you.
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Lol well I guess most of my repsonses are, and I deal enough with ranks and that BS here at school so I could care less what people here say, cause I am definatly not trying to "gain" rank. I just have a lot of free time and I like this site so I spend all my time here posting stuff. Ill try to make my posts a bit more substantial in the future though.

I have been a member for only two days now! So my average, yes AVERAGE will start to drop when I have been a member for a longer time. And I am sorry if me posting a lot has pissed you off, but I was under the impression that thats what you do on a forum. Guess not, cause like 3 or 4 people have already taken the time to tell me that I am posting a lot or my favorrite that I am "post whore" . So whatever.

I can't speak for everyone on the forum obviously, but I don't mind new members posting a lot, as long as they're being helpful and contributing to the forum - not just posting useless bull$hit and questions that have been asked 200x before.
You're right, that's what forums are for. But you have to respect the rules and the wishes of the patrons of a forum, especially as a newbie.
As I said, just try to avoid lots of one-liner posts (that makes you come off as a post-whore), and continue to try to be as helpful as you can. As long as you stick to that, I seriously doubt you'll piss anyone off.
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Well I dont understand how I am to write a novel to answer someones question when it really only requires a simple answer. And why do people feel the need to be offended that I post a lot? I try to use proper english, and I have stayed away from asking simple newb questions. I am just here cause I enjoy posting helpful information, or at least I hope it is. So I guess I will try and post a bit less and more substance to when I do.

I never said that I or anyone else was/were offended by your postings.
Your grammar and writing are fine, all of your posts have been on-topic and directly related to the thread, and you've provided useful answers and information. Your recent posts have also been more than 6 words, so I have absolutely no complaints about you whatsoever. I hope you stick around.
I'm just telling you, as a peer, not as a mod or anyone of authority, if you want to stay on the good side of the other forum patrons and of the mods, just keep your posts on-topic (except obviously in the off-topic section, where anything goes) and more than a few words, and everyone will be happy. You seem to be doing a pretty good job of that right now, so keep it up. That's all I was saying, nothing between the lines man.
If you'd like an example of how you can "write a novel answer", check my posts (click my name, then hit view all posts by PZ). Though I'm sure I have a fair number of two-liners, most of my posts are pretty detailed. I'm not calling myself a "model forum citizen" or anything, just saying, it's possible.
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Sorry to have come off as being angry with you in particular, but its frustrating when people haggle me for posting to much. I am in no way trying to raise my rank or whatever and if I feel like I can add something I do. But you advice is taken and I understand your standpoint wholeheartedly. Thanks for the advice.

Your from SGTC right? I don't have a problem with your posting, I do get annoyed when people have an average of 12 but thats becasue they are usually noobs who have no idea what theyre doing, how to spell and are just racking up posts. You do none of that so i think its fine, your only contributing to the forum. Don't take any sh-it from anyway if they so your a post whore unless its a mod ofcourse.

Umm...does anyone else realize that this is a post about what to do with a 14" diam. pipe?
ANYWAY...
I just wanna know has anyone ever been hurt or killed by using DWV? I mean I understand the problem using it and all but in reality has anyone had anything go wrong with it?
OO! OOO!! PICK ME!!! I've had pressure rated fail on me in fact. Granted, it had taken a bit of abuse, but certainly within the realm of things that could happen to any cannon (it got dropped

) It's all about margins of error, and DWV gives you a MUCH smaller window of safety to work with. Even if no one I know of has grenaded a chamber, I wouldn't want to be the first in my circle. And I know it's happened, it's been in the media.
So remote fire
