I like how my thread became a spamfest. Those of you actually wishing for more information...

-Diaphram: 3/8th in neoprene from mcmaster

-Clearance around barrel inside chamber, less than 1/2in. Pretty small I know but...altogether a damn small cannon, and the 5 pumps it takes to get it to 80 psi is nice

-Real performance: Unskinned Golfball, 100-200 yards, between 50 and 100psi. Waterballoon in slit dixie cup: 100 yards max, but still, pretty sweet.

And for those of you that want plans, damn its a pretty detailed explanation of the cannon, if you can't figure it out, don't try building your own valves yet.
