well they cant stop you from building small ones like minis and guns that they cant be confused, or else they are not just being ignorent (which they are), at that point their just being plain Aholes

Try to make them let you sell them.

I had the same trouble with the legality of the guns i own in NSW. But fortunatley my parents and i come from cape york in QLD were the laws are much more lax (plus we live on a decent sized property). In queensland just a few years ago if you were over 16 you could buy any bullets without a licence. The port aurthur massace in Tasmania is mostly to blame for our strict laws as well as our prime minister who jumped on the political bandwagon and introduced them. Thankfully my parents acctually encourage me making them, as long as i implement safety procedures. The reason i think they encourage me to make anything (spudguns,guitars,boltsnipers nerf guns and wood work projects) is because i have told them i want to be an engineer when i leave school.

Try telling you parents that this hobby keeps you out of trouble (if you are a bad kid).

very sad indeed. i hope you can talk to your parent s and convince them to let you get them back. and if not that, atleast convince them to not destroy your cannons, so that you can use them some other day.

Me being a parent, let me say this. Never try and hide things like this from your dad and mom. If you haven't figured it out yet, they will find it out then you will really be in trouble. We aren't nearly as dumb as you think. They are looking out for your welfare. Have you ever set down and really talked to them about spud guns. Ask them to go with you to shoot them. Show them you are responsible. There are so many people now days that are brainwashed by the anti-gun people that any form of guns get them up tight. Don't think badly of your parents. They are just trying to keep you safe and out of trouble. "Enough preaching"

i have similar parents too, but they are too afraid of me to do anything about the guns i have and have had. If you can get them back, give em to a friend for safe keeping.

Oh and do you live in AUS?

yer man he does live in Australia thats part of the reason parents aren't so flash on these kinds of things.
