pressure rated pvc can withhold much greater pressures than 90 PSI! you are thinking about non pressure rated pvc. oh well.but don't ever ever ever ever ever even consider pressures greater than 90 psi for pvc. NSF sch40 PVC is rated for 140psi
I do NOT suggest you put CO2 into pvc, as it cools it drastically, causing it to become brittle over time. i would suggest copper pipe, or any other pressure rated metal for that matter.btw, this is an old thread, so you should probably just create a new one to discuss your problems
