i got really mad because i made my hovercraft and we took it from the garage into a part of the house. my mom decided to turn it to the side and rest it on the couch, thus breaking my hovercraft. the leafblower and everything on it to keep it attatched slowly fell off and soon was on the ground.

Right now I am building a motorized scooter. It's not done yet, I'll post pictures and a little wright up when it is.
Basicly, the frame was made from a hammock frame, the engine is coming off a Jacobsen snow blower, and a lot of things are just being taken off bikes or made from scratch. Like it looks like I'm going to have to make my own throttle since I don't want to use a brake lever.

a really cool project is the headmounted watercannon. its a helmet that shoots water out of the top that comes from a water fire extinguisher thats on your back

I've made a little wheel out of spiraled wire that has a marble trapped inside of it, so when the wheel is spun at a certain speed, the marble trvels around the groove made by the spiral, and the centrifugal (centripetal?) force keeps it from falling. The spiral, however, is only slightly larger than the diameter of the marble so you can't tell that it is spinning around. Because of this, when the wheel is spun, it looks like the marble is merely falling at an impossibly slow rate.
and what is the point of spud bux? Is their purpose to give a more accurate representation of how many words a person has commited? As I believe there is some correlation in the number of words to spud-bux recieved.

actually the headmounted watercannon was in make magazine. i can write up what the plans are for it. if you dont know that magazine, its a 4 times a year magazine/book with tons of projects to make and showing how things work, and showing how to fix things or modify things you have. they also had one for a waterpowered rocket, but i think that ones self explanatory. they also have a podcast, and one episode showed how to make a spudgun
http://ultimatewatergun.com/ thats the original guy who made it

From pictures it looks like the tank uses a pesticide-tank-backpack like rig to hold the fire extinguisher tank, and it uses bike brake/gear wire to remotely open and close the valve to the tank. The nozzle of course is bolted or nailed to a helmet.

I always wanted to make one of those electromagnetic spiral things to accelerate particles really fast, the ones that scientists use. Of course If I made one it wouldn't spin very fast but it would be cool to just have a piece of metal inside a 'hula hoop' shaped spiral that you could move with the flick of a switch.
From my understanding all that it is, is a tube with thousands of coils of wire wrapped evenly around it, and when current passes through it, it accelerates whatever magnetic object you put inside it. Basically like a never ending coil gun.

I made an RC submarine and before that I used to be really into RC cars and trucks, I made a Tamiya Baja Champ and bought an Emaxx which has been modded pretty well. Of course I love building spudguns and I am working on a semi auto gun. I like working with welding sets building random stuff. Also I love working on cars, thats an expensive hobby to get into though....

i know what you mean. i was about to get a 1980 camaro z28 with t-tops and all it was amazing but it needed about another grand put into it before i could drive it and my parents wouldnt let me get it because 'it involved too much time and money' apparently they didnt want me to get a project car. even though i had almost the whole summer to fix it.
anyways i like to tinker with just about anything i can get my hands on. recently ive been thinking about trying to develop a new kind of valve for spudding, i will release no more info at the time. and i have been doing a lot of planning for building a a brushgaurd and light bar for my jimmy.
