Very nice! I like that stock configuration. I'd say you could afford a longer barrel though, if you wanted it, as large as your chamber volume is.
So let me get this straight: the barrel slides right through the tee, the endcap goes on the back of the barrel, the piston slides in the barrel, there's a hole through the barrel corresponding with the bottom leg of the tee, and there's a ring of pipe inside the barrel that the piston seats against? That's pretty slick: your piston is always going to align right since it is always inside the barrel.
@JSR: word up, dude. Efficiency is especially important if you only have a bike pump to work with! I want my sweat to count, lol!

I'm confused (again...)
How do you seal it with an o-ring?

no the piston is made of 2 sealing faces of a syringe and they slide through a syringe tube (glued into the tee) and seal against the rear of the barrel.Skywalker wrote:So let me get this straight: the barrel slides right through the tee, the endcap goes on the back of the barrel, the piston slides in the barrel, there's a hole through the barrel corresponding with the bottom leg of the tee, and there's a ring of pipe inside the barrel that the piston seats against?
