I would put a union + burst disk instead of the ball valve, much better performance.

That doesn't sound right, 6mm lead balls should weigh around 1.28 grams/19.75 grainswyz2285 wrote:8g each

or you could use 2 aluminium blocks and mill it for a bullet shapewyz2285 wrote:I probably will make a video.
But it´s simple, I used 24h self-dry clay to make the mold, by using about 8 cm3 of clay with a bb inside, make sure it´s in the center of the cub., let it dry. when it´s almost dried, break it in half, then let it dry completely. So when you put them back to a cube, the join will be perfect. Drill a hole to the cavity, it´s done.
