The great spark plug that has 0.2mm spacing and is very isolated:
the shoes for rods of tungsten
also for 8mm beads and the shoe to an arrow bow!

This is pretty much the best you can hope for with largish relatively low speed (this was probably 250-300 feet per second) projectiles.
