No it Doesn't, in those videos people add a tiny bit of glow stick liquid. Try this

A careful reading of official Major League Baseball Rule 6.08(b) suggests that in this situation, the batter would be considered "hit by pitch", and would be eligible to advance to first base.

Played with it a little...checked menus and settings sort of thing...it's about like most of the software chronos, but does take bc into account when calculating average velocity.
Software provider claims within ~10fps of a chrony, so should be quite a bit better than guessing...and you don't have to record it...import to audacity, etc.

Heh, today at work we ere going to a forrest over 100km away with my boss. Well, hes related to me, and after driving about 15 minutes, he asked: "well Jake, you had birthday at saturday, didn't ya?
