App inventor isn't that bad - ideal for simple apps - I know I could use it to make a simple app for controlling arduino via bluetooth or some other basic stuff like a calculator... but it IS limited

Considering it's exam period (finals), the place was probably packed with students studying. The witness accounts sound pretty awful, hard to imagine something like that happening in front of you. I have a tendency to study at home in peace and quiet so I wasn't there at all today.

Ouch, sorry to hear that.

This is why people should keep diaries at their darkest times. It will remind them of instances when they honestly believed they would rather be dead, which they have now forgotten.
