Sears do hardware? in that case i'll go with my parents, they want to se what it's like.

Oh and my mum dropped her handbag at disneyland and it got run over by the tram thing 5 times, my phone was in this handbag and the screen internally cracked, so when I get back to NZ i'm going to either shoot it, or shoot at it. :D
Haha nice man. If you see a Chick-Fil-A, I would go there, and get a 12 piece chicken meal. It is, in my opinion, the best fast food resteraunt you could EVER go to for chicken.
KFC and GoldenChick are better, Chick-Fil-A comes in second, with KFC and GoldenChick tieing for first.

Glad to hear you're having a good time here! Yes, America, does kick ass (mainly California though, it's obviously the best state there is).

Go Walmart! (I worked there)

You can get propane adapters and tanks there. It's probably cheaper than Lowes/HD.

Make sure to go to a Lowes before you go home. (Better than HD)

I'm yet to locate a lowes yet, but I did see an ad for it. Only problem is we don't have a car till Monday, and Monday we're going to SD, then Tuesday we're off to LV, so no more LA and taxi's are pretty expensive.

I'm eating a snickers bar(105g) twice the size of the ones we have in NZ(55g) :P

The thing about America....
EVERYthing is bigger
The people, the bullshit, the idiot to intelligent ration, and our food
Stupid people eating too much food, killing them at the same time

edit:if you want the full American experience
I suggest you go to a Buffet at one of the casinos here in vegas.
You will be amazed
I'm a hypocrite, I pig out when I am there.

That's just what you do at buffets though. It's natural.
I accidentally broke a plate in a buffet going back for the 4th taco.

I have eaten ungodly amounts of food at a buffet.
6 full plates in less than one hour, and a ice cream to finish it off.
I felt fine.

DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! SAN DIEGO ROCKS! (cuz I live there)
When you do get to SD, go to Qualcomm Stadium because there's a Sears store right next to it.
SD has more hot chicks than LA and wayyyy better weather.
Go to Sea World man!

If you haven't, visit In 'n Out, exclusive in CA.

Well that girls comment sounds good, and I am going to Sea world. Still haven't seen a 'In 'n Out' yet but i'll keep looking.

At disney land i'm slightly disgusted by the fact that all these fat people get wheel chairs and electronic vehicle things and get to go straight to the front of the line because they're to lazy to walk.
We have similar ratio of fat people:normal people in Auckland but I have to say, your fat people are alot fatter

Apart from that, i'm still having an awesome time, though my family sucks, taking all the fun out of everything.

I just tried to get into my room, to see the cleaner was in there, tried to communicate with her until realising she only speaks Spanish, good thing there was some hot hotel lady person that spoke English and Spanish.

Tomorrow i'm off to SD for the day, which should be sehr interssant*

*very interesting

If you're driving from LA to SD, look for the arrow sign that looks like this:

Oh ya, you'll see lots of Mexicans down in SoCal, and that comes with lots of good Mexican food, although Americanized.
And for clarification purposes, I'm a dude.

MrCrowley brought up a funny thing I though of one day while in my boredom I was watching the tube.

From what I can tell from commercials on TV, there must be literal gangs of old people on Hoverrounds (those motorized scooter things) at national parks and tourist traps. I only say so becuase the way it appears on TV is that they are like part of a motorcycle gang, or something, harassing the wippersnappers and driving in circles like in all those really bad seventies movies. It's just a funny picture in my mind. Instead of being Hell's Angels they could be called Almost Angels.

Oh, and seriously look for an In&Out. It's good stuff.

Yep, we've got a lot of fatties. But think about this: we're also the most fit state in the nation.
