Well i have none of the saws above, as i said befoer i really dont have that many tools. I just have a hacksaw.

I do have sheet metals scissors, they are thick but its kindof hard to cut with them because they are bulky.

I think i can find a washer that will suit my needs.

My 4 inch piston cannon has been completed (just about)
It basically is a over-under design, but just enlarged to a 3 inch porting.

whats left is the barrel support, which is a must for a cannon this size, the breech, which is not too important and can be done later, and just sand down the piston a little (i had already done alot)

My piston is a 3 inch end cap.
The chamber is 8' of 4" pipe.
The barrel is 10' of 3" pipe.

I will get a picture soon.

I have not obviously tested it yet i just finished gluing and i hope it works!!

(I know that John Haehnel is making a piston out of epoxy and i wish the best of luck to him)
