Im not as sure as how good dazzle would look on a gun... After all, the dazzle idea really didn't work.....( In the war at least....)

Well, there was that one ship that looked like part of the water... And everything completely missed... But you don't really want to misplace something like that. =P

I run one of the test facilities at a military RDT&E base.
It's cool to see our hobby put to good uses it really adds respect to this pastime.
This one, the antennae launchers, the hurricane tester, rescue devices, t-shirt launchers, rocket scientist experiments, movie props, mythbusters shot poultry at aircraft winshields to test them, firearm training shells, etc.
Geez,I was thinking we could have a seperate catagory for professional application launchers. 8)

Dazzle had mixed effectiveness. It did work in several cases.

And besides, who cares about effectiveness anyway? It looks fucking awesome

Yeah, how many massive structures do you see going around looking like a swirled pot of black and white paint these days

Unfortunately not.
Last week our welders finished up the last project I had for them before they were to start on the gun, but unfortunately one of our other engineers had a bit of a rush project come up so it got head of the line privaledge. Good news is the rush project is pretty simple and should be banged out shortly. Bad news is that every day the gun isn't being worked on is another day a rush project could crop up and delay us some more....
