Well you could build a wood one with a plexiglass inlay where the lens goes.

You could even put air springs surrounding it with the rest of the area filled with great stuff. In case you [s]drop it[/s] shoot at it.

What's the legal status there about this? In the US, its illegal to put dryice in a airtight space.
Not that that doesn't stop people =)

Well i've never heard of any laws against it. Some guy put some in some trash cans last year and got caught, but that was indangering the public etc.

If I get caught, somehow, i'll just explain that i'm using the dry ice to test the suitability of a soda bottle for being used on an air rifle. You only have to be 18 for air rifles to be legal and since this uses a compressed gas to make the bottle explode, I probably can get away with it.
Because technically the law could just see it as a 'pressure chamber' that exploded. :)

Don't know about other countries, but yes in the states any and all of this is very illegal and you will wind up under arrest if caught. Rule 3 B2 covers this word for word.
