King tater I want to stick to my opinion but I dont want people saying its perfectly safe to use cell core abs. When it may be good for some people but its not perfectly safe.

true very true, i think maybe a moderater should just delete or lock this entire thread so there is no more confusion. but i caution everyone, even though people say tha they have used cell core abs and have had no problems. it doesnt mean that there arent problems. i mean if you have used it and had no problems good for you just dont tell other people to use it because some one could use it improperly and get severly injured.
