Are you sure that the air chamber is pressure rated? whenever i have been to home depo they havent had ANYTHING pressure rated. If you dont have a plumbing store, ive found that lowes has the most pressure rated stuff of the hard-ware stores. They only have nsf-pw up to 2" size though. If your chamber is 3 inches, you will probably need to get pressure rated fittings either from a plumbing store or from the internet. Mcmastercarr (search google) has everything you could ever need. I know it feels like alot to go through, but you really really dont want your gun to explode in your face. If it makes you feel better, back when i was an uber noob i made a gun with air chamber 3" non rated, and (stupid me, cold weakens pvc terribly) took it to 60 psi while it was 20 degrees out and it was coated in snow. That should prove that at 60 psi non rated is safe. if however there is any way you can get rated, you should do so.

Woah sorry i missed the fact that there where 4 pages and only read the first page. Advice still applies though. is that REALLY getting 200 yards with a ball valve? my five foot long piston valved gun MAYBE gets 200. either your being really positive or i really need a bigger air chamber.
Either way you built your gun beatifully, but exploding PVC is something to be avoided at all costs.
