I regularly use one as a power supply for LiPo chargers. It makes parallel charging possible, very useful.

Yeah I assumed it was because of the captive bolt pistol thingy but the guy looks a little lanky compared to the guy in the film.

Sounds a little dubious to me, more likely the guy took a potshot at something on a tree...

As to the victim, who was reported to be in a moving car, damn that is some awkward timing!
