Haha, very nice. Also, it's funny that according to my time-zone (Australia) your original post was exactly 0:00AM on the dot.

Happy new years!

Cool. I like the built-in ( edit by BTB: anybody can figure out what the slingshot was for.I don't want kids to try this and say they got the idea here)idea.

Maybe an idea for next year... :D

Looks good.

But, don't all slingshots* fit in a backpack?

*Handheld designs.

Sure, they all fit, the question is how well. A 200 gramm version (0,4 lbs) is certainly better than an 800 gramm one. And you need a flat profile, so you can stow it. That's the reason for the hinges.

so does it work for "waving at concerts?" or does it go out from the very fast "waving"?

Alcohol? Cigars? Ballistic objects?

That makes me think of this comic.

On the eternal hunt for power, I designed another draw length enhanced slingshot. I think it is one of my most appealing models ever!

Have finished the video, including the reloading process.

Joerg is so hardcore. There's snow on the ground and he's out there in a t-shirt shooting slingshots. That's a badass. Can we buy these slingshots? And is this one self centering (I guess that's the term)

My designs aren't for sale. Self centering doesn't work with draw length enhanced slingshots, they would invariable turn around towards the shooter when you draw out. It's either or.
