If you can get a 32mm diameter barrel it's perfect. It will basically be a scaled up version of the nail darts, a finned dart with calibre sized fins and a pusher plate.

Can I have more easily in 30mm copper tube inside, otherwise the 33mm inside.
Also inside the 38mm

Whatever is easiest for you, 33mm would give a bit more space to fit the circuitry :) above 35mm is uncomfortable to machine on a small lathe.
