Marpat man wrote:what diameter PVC are you using
The inside diameter is shown. It is 4'' schedule 40 pipe.
Also I put all the statistics of the minigun I could think of on the first post.

I can't wait till you get your minigun finished! How far done are you at this point? Could you maybe post some pictures of what you have finished so far?

Well really I'm still working out the problem with the unnecessary amount of friction that will be caused in the carousel assembly. Also I am waiting for the hose, regulator, etc. in the mail. So essentially all I've been doing is crunching numbers and designing, the less glorious side of engineering but it has to be done.

I attached my barrels on a copper pipe that ran through the middle of the carousel. Inside this pipe was another pipe that would be stationary and attached to the minigun body. The two pipes would be lubricated. Now I know what you're thinking: Copper pipe is not strong enough to support 6 barrels. This is true, But there is a face plate that it attached to the barrels that is flush with the front of the minigun body. I can have a rough sketch up if you need me to further explain

Well it's on hold for now, I'm in college. So that means no money and no time to do it, but ironically I now have the fabricating equipment to make it.
