Piezo electric ignition is not flint based. The igniter you're looking for is electric in nature. Piezo is greek for "you buy it at home depot". Anyway, the self contained lighter unit comes apart. YOu take out the push buttony thing witht he wires on it. That's the bit you need. When you push the button a spring mechanism whacks a crystal that has piezo electric properties (not all do) and it emits a very short, but very strong electric pulse. Arcing the pulse over a gap makes a spark. Spark make fire. Fire go boom. Boom pushes spud. Everybody laugh and reload.

Nice mini Kevin or PCguy , it looks very clean. A BBQ ignitor can be buyt at the local hardware shop. If you take al onger barrel the results wil be mucht better.
