For cons I'll change the breech so that it does not back
I add as a side breech gasket / projectile for safety

I plan to make a shot at 60bar, 870psi :D

Edit: too slow to psot it seems.

Petitlu's bolt is solid, the whole thing knocks the projectile forward. The bolt isn't sealed as such, but the ID of 14mm copper is about 12.6mm so you still wouldn't want a big leak.

There is however a redundant O-ring on each side of the projectile which helps the odds. But then again the most likely source of damage would be a projectile with a sharp but that would probably affect both O-rings.


To be on the safe side one could just put a ball valve on the barrel, that should be pretty effective...

I feed the PAC account with a bottle of paintball (preset to 435 or 870psi) and under the gun to the gun disassembled for transport.

I had a shot this afternoon, but little shooting 10bar remote!

I changed the cylinder head gaskets side, I put 3 instead of 2 and it is not good because I had a leak, that's why I could not get up to 40bar shoot.

As against this leak clearly shows that there is a problem sealing side bolt shooting can not leave it alone!

Here is the new configuration of the CAP WithOutLoss (no loss):

it is finally almost finished shooting system, I get the pressure of the room and I inject it in the ass of the projectile as it no problem to move forward (the hammer end) until the seal is broken and he rushes into the barrel. Again no loss of air.

For safety I have a small valve when filling if there is a leak next to the cylinder head is removed via the open valve preventing the rise of pressure and the projectile

What a wonderful concept!

If you could replace the blowgun and the ballvalve for a single valve...it would be perfect!

there should be a pneumatic valve 3 / 2 ...
But I'm happy with my concept, it allows effortless shooting whatever the pressure.

I intend to do a shot at 870psi

You will be a PAC on this system ?
