Had to make the stand up in a rush for friday. Elevation adjustment takes too long. A recoil system would be so great. I've wanted one but did not have the time to plan one last week.
Plans include: Recoil system, Green Laser, Quick adjust elevation.
Any other good suggestions? I've a loading system but I don't think its worth the mass effort.
I'm hoping to do some solo testing tomorrow. If I have the time for it, I'll be able to do some filming with a real camera.

Naa I like the idea of tripod mount. No handle needed.
Got some content through a friend from friday. Just fixing the missmatched audio and I'll have the video up shortly.

Any other good suggestions?
Replace the pilot by a safety/pop off valve, add a ignition to the chamber, make the piston airtight on both sides and turn it to a hybrid

should be fine <5x

I second wyz's suggestion
You should mount it on some sort of rail so it is free to travel a couple of inches, then dampen that travel with a gas strut or two.
Maybe something like this:

Very impressive. Will it be easy to feed it with over 200psi?

My beautiful air powered FX Monsoon will only dent the steel of a PC power supply with a 16 grain lead pellet.
Putting that same pellet in my mini hybrid will push it through at least 2 layers of the same steel...

You seem to have forgotten that when it comes to trying to convert me, I am a granite mountain.
Don't forget, I AM the Anti-Hybrid.

I think I need to sell this beautiful beast. It was built for the sole reason to have something to do with my girlfriends son. Well she's an X girlfriend now and the cannon just sits. Getting back into MTN biking pretty heavy. Money could be used for something more relevant to what I do.

Good luck selling it! I'd say spudguns have a very limited market already, plus this one is top of the line. I'd assume you want a pretty respectable chunk of change for this beauty... Also, MTB you say? Nice! where at?
