Have you modelled your hybrid with these different projectiles in HGDT? I'm just curious to see what velocities and muzzle energies HGDT thinks you're getting; even if the results are a bit exaggerated.

Yep - you can get a good one for less than 100 euro.
Random sidenote,
this fires a projectile not unlike your aluminium tube slugs

and the the translation is right, the tip is from an arrow head...

I just bought arrowheads arc, they are stainless steel!
Very sharp!
Weight: 12g
With aluminum skirt: 18g

It depends on what you want to do. Low, medium and high weight projectiles could all be ideal, depending on the application.
