I have worked with a CNC mill yesterday...
too bad it wasn't this one.

I'm curious how hard this is to program...

i'll show this to my metal working teacher, he will probably have the same reaction as I did :D

I'll try not to drop too many spoilers.

I remember shows older than that one.

I grew up with this guy. The show was originally in Black and White. It was on before there was Color TV.

can any please help me with excel. im a complete noob at it.
its for my learner drivers log book.

thanks

edit: i worked the first bit out but if i only drove for say 45min it will tell me 12:53. how would i go about fixing that?. still need to find out the running total part.

edit2: i fixed the auto 12 at the start part.

edit3: i got the running total sorted out, lol should have tryed before i posted. still need to get the night part worked out. not bad considering it my first time using excel.

edit4: is there away of making it only put the 7pm-7am times into the night column? that would make it so much better.

As a former motorcycle stunt rider turned airline pilot, Captain Rick is always pulling wheelies to impress the babes.

Not sure how to make excel work in base 60, but you might be able to format the cells as times, or have it convert them into base 10 then do the summation from there.

I wrote down my time, useless though it was. I'm still learning (only a year after the fact).

I'm putting off getting a learners, I've been driving most of my life (w00t @ rural life), that includes tractors, trucks and other machinery, but round-abouts scare the living f*** out of me.

I HATE the bloody things, otherwise I'm ok with driving. I know nothing about Excel I'm afraid, I only did a little work with it.

Sorry, didn't notice that until now. Yes, I've seen it before, probably same place you did. I think somebody I showed it to said they've seen at least two of those before... so they can't be all that rare, but nonetheless incredible.

getting it to work in base 60 simple, when your on the home tab, you got the the number part click on where it says general and change it to time.

i worked out most of it, is there a way of making it put the hours between 7pm-7am into the night driving column?

in Australia, if you don't have 120 hours in your log book you cant even try for you Ps, and if they find you cheated it like a $270 fine and you cant try for your Ps for 3 more months, sucks balls.

Osama Bin Laden made the mistake of attacking the US. US took the war back to him and fought it in his corner. This was not a good move for him and international relations.

Amazing that it took so long, and Bush must be a little ticked off it didn't happen under his administration.
