White PTFE is fine, pink is for most water systems, the only reason i have used pink PTFE is because it looks cool, if would reccomend yellow.

Ok really sorry for all the questions today.
Is it possible to make a bike pump powered quick connect to replace a schrader?
Could this schrader valve take ~300psi?

@doomburger Yes, that is very possible. I have done something like that.
And the schrader valve is probably capable of taking that pressure. I recommend you pressure test it under a heavy blanket at first just to be safe.

Yes and Yes, i have used a soldered brass fitting at 1000 psi, that is solid so it will work great for your pressure

Brass shouldn't be soldered, it needs to be brazed, but I've soldered it a few times. It seems to hold alright, but I don't use it on important parts.
Trick is to solder it at really high temperature, an iron won't get it hot enough, you need a good torch.
And if you've got a good torch, then you can braze it.

I didn't use an iron i did it on the gas stove, Im not sure that would count as brazing, Although methane burns almost as hot as propane.

Just tried the schrader, and after around 200psi the inside stopped working
I'm thinking about using a check valve after the schrader (without the core). However, will the brass explode at that level? Super paranoid me

must have got a bad one iv used them to 1000psi many of times with none ever breaking.

Hey guys, 3 questions
What tubing do I need to connect the butane canister to a syringe?
(an amazon link for the syringe and tubing would be REALLY helpful
)
How is this kind of sparker wired and what type of wire is used? The ones I saw on amazon just had 4 electric dots (whatever they're called) on the bottom.

Could I use a Banjo cam lever fitting with a 2" or 3" cam lever dust plug to replace a clean out cap? (is the psi rating high enough, will they leak, will they melt, etc.)

My approach is to heat the syringe nozzle, and push it on a pencil tip to widen it.
That way you can put the butane in the syringe more easily

i did the same but pushed it onto the butane refill can makes a good fit!
if you really want hose you can just pull the copper wires out of some small electrical cables
